Support Intervention is when your Ticket Request requires developer action on your behalf, in regard to other players.

Please note that we will not under any circumstances intervene on verbal, player social disputes. We will only be actively intervening on the above items. All of our resources are otherwise directed to technical support, which is the main focus of this help-desk.
Think twice before you report another player! Please be sure that you are reporting an actual offending circumstance. False reporting of another player may result in the ingame suspension or banning of your account.
To request Support Intervention, please Submit a ticket request and include the VDS and/or Facebook ID of the person(s) your are reporting, along with a detailed description of the circumstances.
