It can take up to 72 business hours from the submission of your ticket before you receive a first reply.
During Your Request
The time it takes to solve a ticket request varies on a case-by-case basis. Some ticket requests are more complex than others. As a rule of thumb, any ticket request that requires development attention may take longer to resolve than a simple question on gameplay.
Not all developers are accessible all the time, and the Support Staff always do the best they can to get your ticket resolved as fast as possible. We ask that you please be patient with the Support Staff, especially in cases where they must rely on development to resolve your request.
Please note that many common ticket requests are responded to with preformatted answers, and these do count toward our 72 hour response time.
