Technical Issues are issues in the game where some part of the functionality or display is not working correctly. We encourage you to please submit a Ticket Request in the event you notice a technical issue.
When submitting these tickets, please be as specific as you can about what isn't working in your game. We can resolve your issue more quickly if we know the following:
- What browser are you using and is it up to date?
- Have you tried another browser to see if the issue is browser specific?
- Have you cleared your cache to see if that resolves your issue?
- Have you made sure that you do have 3rd party cookies enabled for the game?
Once you have gone through the steps above, if you still have an issue, please submit a ticket request and let us know what's going on and we'll do our best to troubleshoot your issue.
Note that you will need to sign in to the Community Support Desk to submit tickets and check the status of your tickets.
